The Kaida CAN5 bite alarm is an essential tool for anglers, instantly notifying them of a bite. Each of the four bite alarms have a different color and it's especially useful when fishing with multiple rods, making it easier to see on what rod the bite is on your receiver.

There are two main types of bite alarms: swinger and electronic.
A swinger is a device with a flexible wire or spring attached to the rod pod. When a fish bites, it shifts vertically, reacting to line tension. It is highly sensitive and resistant to external influences.
Electronic alarms are modern devices with sensors, speakers, power supplies, and a control unit. They emit an audible or visual signal when the line tension changes. They are divided into two types: rod-mounted and stationary. The former are used with tip-ups, while the latter are used with feeder tackle and offer expanded functionality.
